Questionnaire & Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire. We recommend

Instructors for a Fitness club New Member Orientation. During this half
hour appointment, get your questions answered regarding available
services, programs and classes, receive a blood pressure screening,
determine your resting heart rate and learn what steps you need to take
to get started with your Fitness program.
